Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: You may return most JAADZANA products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be:
    • In its original condition, free from pet dander, dirt, stains, or any signs of wear.
    • Securely packaged in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Products marked as Final Sale.
    • Items from the Custom by JAADZANA Collection (due to their bespoke nature).

Initiating a Return

  • If you need to start a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support Team to initiate the process.
    2. Receive a Return Label: Our team will provide you with a JAADZANA-provided return label and instructions on how to proceed.

Preparing Your Return

  • Ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging to protect it during transit.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as when delivered to be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Return Shipping Fees:

  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This fee will be calculated during the return process and communicated to you by our team.
  • All returns must be shipped using the JAADZANA-provided return label.

Processing Your Return

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for us to process it.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued after processing is complete.
    • Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
