I did not order fringes. One end of the rug has fro ges . But, the other end doesn't. I wanted to return it. But, the delivery rakes so long. I decided to keep it However, because if this I had to place the rug in the hallway on my second floor instead of my first floor hallway. I'm not happy about the situation.
