Communication was stellar-- all my questions were answered. Item arrived on the earlier side of the time window and was great quality. Only note was the color looked a little different in the picture which is to be expected. I would order from here again, I would just ask to see additional photos.

Beautiful rug, excellent craftsmanship, and truly comfy to walk/ sit on. The colors are easy to style with and yet unique. Transformed our front sitting room in the best way. The only thing that I did not expect was the coarseness of the wool- but I’ve already gotten used to it. Still very soft and durable rug. The rugmaker made sure to give it a good clean before sending it my way which I appreciate greatly. If you’re a pet owner be careful that your pet doesn’t pick at the wool, because that would definitely cause shedding. Hope this helps!

Was explained to me that I had ordered an item that was underpriced by typo. Said that I was fine to cancel the order but was talked into paying $100 more just to cover the shipping and they would provide the rug. Jaadzana was very friendly when scamming me even as I gave her the benefit of the doubt for over 4 months. She told me my rug was ready to ship and when I asked for a tracking number multiple times she claimed they had ran out of the right color wool. This was when I finally issued an uncontested refund. Not only this, but the price typo (once corrected) was reverted to error, probably with the hopes of baiting someone else I imagine. Very puzzling a seller with so many glowing reviews can also drag someone along for no reward.
