The rug I received is a totally different color than what I ordered - be warned that either their photos are being color edited or they are photographing different quality product than what they are sending. The vendor apologized when I requested a return and advised they would be sending me a return shipping label to exchange the rug within 2 days of emailing them - after 4 weeks of follow-ups and no follow-through I am incredibly disappointed with this vendor and now out $700 for a rug that looks nothing like what I ordered.

I am in LOVE with my new rug! The color is so vibrant and beautiful and it feels surprisingly soft! My pup loves it as well, no more cold floors for him! I also appreciated the seller for reaching out to update me on my order status, they were very kind and got me my order as fast as possible! I'm sure I will be buying from them again! :D

Honestly, this rug is a lot more plush than I thought it would be. Very well crafted and durable. Color is beautiful! Def needs to be vacuumed several times before use.
