    Items marked as final sale or products from the “Custom by Jaadzana Collection” are not eligible for refunds.

    Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s). Refunds are processed once the inspection is complete. This typically takes 5-10 business days.

    After processing, allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
